"You just got served"
Finally back after my month's break from blogging. And no it wasn't because school started. Not because of Halo 3 either (Yea you heard me. Halo THREE) And it was definitely not because of my laziness either. Nope. No way.
Anyway, alot of shit happened since I last posted. Took up Human Resource Practices as a GEMs module (sorta like an elective subject) for this semester. Not because I wanted to. But I figured I had to take a business elective sooner or later, so I sucked it up and went for it. Turns out I actually like the class. Even made some new friends and such.
Not because I wanted to? Why? Cuz I fucking missed the first day of registration, thats why. Still, who woulda've guessed that all 15 psychology classes would have been gone within 10 minutes of open registration? Gay stuff. But hey, I'm happy with my current elective and the people I met there, so I'll just have to settle for camping the bloody school website next semester.
Now you must be thinking: Wasn't Solomon looking forward to taking psychology classes in school for months? Where's all the angst? Where are the dead penguins?
Sir, because on September 25th at 1342hrs, I discovered Halo 3.
Old news, but yes, Solomon has a limited edition of Halo 3, the long-awaited epic end to the trilogy! AND NONE OF YOU DO. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Yep. It was that damned awesome. IS awesome. Past tense cuz I long finished the game on its hardest difficulty (which I found intense and borderline insane, but enjoyable all the same), present cuz I haven't touched Halo 3 online yet. Not since beta anyway. Huh? What? Is the game that much of a good one as everyone expected it to be?
Well sir, I can tell you this: It was worth the year-long wait. It was worth the money. It was worth the time. It IS worth the time. And every hour of sleep I am to miss because of this fucked up piece of shit, bloody worth it.
Nothing much post-Halo 3 hype. Save for the Aikido grading I went, which went well and earned me a blue-gold belt. If I keep this up I should reach black by the end of my 3 years.
Thats about it for now. I'd love to bitch about the new modules/subjects I took up this semester, but I'll just save it for next time.
