Solomon totally forgot about the existence of this blog and his girlfriend is very bored inside the cleanroom waiting for the rate of C60 to rise over the past hour. So she decided to try and guess the password to it and voila! she got it!
I wanna have a salad with smoked salad and chicken, dressing caesar with lots of chilli flakes, thank you. And I also want a broccoli-potato soup to go with; and a bag of croutons =)
c60 is NOT rising. the armstrong maintains at 0.001 to 0.011 and fluctuating badly. so fuck c60, imma increase the current to 160 and SUDDENLY. it increases constantly to 0.4_ _ to 0.9_ _ and drops AGAIN. So rama, run yuan and I started swearing and this time changed to reading using T4. And voila!
We're now waiting for it to pump up to atmospheric temperature and we can switch it over to metal chamber and then GO FOR LUNCH! My tummy is complaining.

It could be the year 9002, and I still would have said the same things I did in this entry.
So yea. Fuck my energizer batteries.
I'll save myself the trouble of explaining to you bitches why I was inactive for over 4000 hours. Those that know better, then good for you. And oh, I suppose some thanks are in order. For those who still drop by whistleinthewind from time to time...well, no trophies for you, sorry. But for your persistence (or patience) with me, I'll try my best to swear as much as I used to, if not more, and bore you as much as possible reading up on my thrilling, rollercoaster-fucking hell of a life.
I know. My sarcasm isn't as it was half a year ago. Need to practice, yea.
To make this a proper first blog entry of the year, I'll just skim through a few of my life's benchmarks since 1st January, 2009:
-Cried on the first day of school. Got my balls kicked by an old friend.
-Got hamsters, Radish and Isis. Winter-whites. Both enjoy excessive amounts of cornflakes.
-Got a promise from dear that she'll pop by once every week to cuddle them. (And I get to cuddle her)
-Now goes to church on presumably alternate weeks with dear.
-Is fucking caught up in fuckloads of assignments and badly wants to eat shit and die.
-Had gay fun with 2 guys staying over at my place for 8 hours straight a couple of days ago.
-Is now on a phonecall with the other owner of the hamsters. God bless her.

Another week has yet again, come to an end. Let us thank God for the many moments of retardedness we had these past 7 days, not forgetting that it was only because of Him that all shit was made possible.
Amen.
Yep. Cosplay event's finally over, and I can cut myself some slack. Going easy on those nachos and greasy chinese food was a complete torture, really. All for? My stomach of course. Else I can't fit into my cosplay coat, tailor-made to only fit the slimmer, sexier me.
For your information, and for the ignorant, I was that Aeon/Iron Clock, aka Sano Yasuyoshi from the anime Air Gear. Yes, I was the only Sano there. And the only cosplayer with the son-of-a-bitch hair. Curly fuck ends cant even uncurl with half a container of gell. Whoever made the first nylon-based wig must have been one hell of a genius.
Guess it was pretty okay overall. Made some new friends. Met some old ones. Dry humping sessions around the new ones (will upload pics of that soon), hi-bye conversations with the old ones. Ironic huh? Saw quite a bit of decent cosplayers this time round. In fact, there nearly weren't any bad ones. Less than 5 fingers, I s'pose. A couple of funny looking Ls and an Ichigo with a sword at shikai, WITH a scabbard.
Non-bleach people, wikipedia Ichigo and see the really bad and obvious mistake here. Doesn't help that maybe only 1 out of 5 Ichigos can get the hair right. And he didn't beat those odds.
And I just realized that some chinks with cameras get up your ass sometimes. Riding on someone else's request for a photo-take is one thing, but snapping candids when we're not ready is another. I was shoving Joel's sideburns back up his wig cap in this dark, forsaken corner when this happened.

Hey, if you wanted a shot of cosplayers picking out fleas from each others' hair, you could at least ask. Bitches.
Otherwise, the other shots were all of me and the Air Gear team having gay, innocent fun. I had to step out when they were doing the gay bar dance, tho. Too extreme for my tastes x_x And oh, which reminds me. Official photoshooting session coming up, with big shots as the photographers. Best get a better wig by then.

No I'm not gonna insert some happy, half-assed greeting like I always do after an extremely long period of blog-inactiveness. I figured that it got a little cliche, so I'm settling for a little bit of this *shows the finger*, and a little bit of those cookies I've been saving to celebrate my return to the warm, lazy life as it was before the MSTs.

I had 3 papers. Ah yea. Shut up. I know. But throw in 4 pending assignments, and you can have your "thats not alot" back up your ass. But I'm not complaining, much. The first two papers I nailed easy, surprisingly enough. MDAD's (Multi-Tier-Applications-Development) and ISEC's (Internet Security) paper especially
almost had me disappointed at the end of the day, when I was expecting much much more. You know. Can't answer half of the questions, but I try them anyway and hope the hell out of hope I pass, that kind of hard.
Guess thats where WEBA (Web-Applications Development) came in to save the day. Joy. Gonna forward this module, no questions asked.
Anyway.
Theres my assignments to worry about now. Which explains the lack of enthusiastic speech that usually follows all MSTers when the MSTs are done. Got a 2000-word business report I gotta get done by later today, a law report which I have no idea weather my teammate submitted yet, and a couple of programming projects all due within the next 2 weeks or so. Nice eh? Guess this is the part when I finally submit, bitch to God about how pitiful, desperate and hopeless I am right now, and pray that by His Almighty, magical hand, he'll make SP disappear.
Such hope is false, however. So I'm gonna skate tomorrow morning, pick up my new Cosplay costume from City Hall later in the day, and head down for a good, honest-to-gawd Aikido sweat session (the first one in 2 weeks) and then, dinner with my very annoying, yet lovable juniors.

"I came, I sat, and I shat"
On the first week of school alone, I learned many things about life.
And here's a list of some of them:
- That taking on a position of authority doesn't mean everyone takes your crap
- That FC4's baked rice still smells like shit after 2 months of holidays. Tastes like shit, too.
- That two people can look at the exact same thing, and yet see something different
- That no matter how much I try, some people will always be assholes
- That if you start judging people, you are one of those assholes
- That every single thing I do is ethical. Until I get caught.
- That no one really gives a damned whether I sleep in class or not. Major plus plus!
School's been so-so. Same old people in class, though most of the more familiar people went over to Game Design (useless, imo), leaving me and my indonesian friend to rot with a bunch of people from the next class in Internet Security, which fortunately, I'm on friendly terms with.
Handling the new secretary position in the SPAikido committee pretty okay so far, tho I must say that the meetings, or what I call the "sit-down"s, are boring and gay. Mostly computer work, membership secretary work. And I'm at least semi-competent in the field. Yay for my 24/7 powered-on laptop.
On realizing that nearly every module I have was related to programming, I told myself this: " Hey. You're the guy who got 2.5 GPA with just one week's worth of study. Don't think about how much you hate them codings. Think of the possibilities if you start now!"
Well sir. I don't want to. So fuck off.
How is it possible? I mean, shit, paying attention to ALL my lessons is a godamned dying pain. So there's no way I can grind my balls for 6 months straight and see the extent of these 'possibilities'.
Sleeping during Law and Ethics of IT? Justified.
Sleeping during Multi-Tier Applications Development? Justified.
Sleeping during Maths and Statistics? SLEEPING during MATHS? Oh my GOD. Fuck dude, how can you DO that? I mean, c'mon, its MATHS.
